PODA, which is reserved through a membership system on the mobile application, also supports you to work in a safe and comfortable area, whenever you like. The air-conditioning conceives a comfortable work space.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"g345\"><button aria-controls=\"content-g345\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">2. Where is the nearest PODA?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-g345\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>a.<\/strong>\u00a0You can access to the closest PODA through our mobile application. Download the mobile application through Android and IOS app stores, complete the membership procedures. By clicking \u201cFind PODA\u201d, locate the nearest PODA on the map.<br \/>\n<strong>b.\u00a0<\/strong>For now, PODA is only available in Istanbul. But soon, you might come across with PODA\u2019s in surprising locations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"f59b\"><button aria-controls=\"content-f59b\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">3. How do I use PODA?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-f59b\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>a.<\/strong>\u00a0To use PODA, first, you should download the mobile application. On Android and IOS app stores, search \u201cPODA\u201d and download it.<br \/>\n<strong>b.<\/strong>\u00a0When you open the app for the first time, you need to complete the membership process, but after completing the process for just under one minute, confirm the SMS sent to your mobile phone, then it\u2019s done!<br \/>\n<strong>c.<\/strong>\u00a0Find the nearest PODA on the mobile app and select it. Now you can start the reservation process by choosing the time and date for the booth that you wish to work in. According to your reservation period, you will see the rental cost updated on this screen automatically. Don\u2019t forget, you have 5 minutes to complete the reservation. If you do not finish in time, you will have to start over the reservation.<br \/>\n<strong>d.<\/strong>\u00a0When you finish the reservation, we will show you the reservation details. If you confirm the reservation period and the cost, by clicking \u201cPay\u201d you can continue to the payment screen.<br \/>\n<strong>e.<\/strong>\u00a0You can start the payment process by entering your credit card information. After entering the information, complete the process by entering the confirmation code sent to you as SMS. When your payment is successful, we will notify you on the screen.<br \/>\n<strong>f.\u00a0<\/strong>Now your reservation is ready. You will see an information summary, such as the PODA you reserved and its address, reservation time and cost, on the screen.<br \/>\n<strong>g.<\/strong>\u00a0Go to the PODA you reserved on the reservation date and time. Open the PODA mobile app and press \u201cOpen the door\u201d. You can start the process of opening booths door by pressing \u201cScan the QR Code\u201d on the page that opens.<br \/>\n<strong>h.<\/strong>\u00a0The door will be opened in couple of seconds after scanning the QR code on the right of the door with your phone\u2019s camera.<br \/>\n<strong>i.<\/strong>\u00a0Now you can use the PODA safely.<br \/>\n<strong>j.<\/strong>\u00a0When your period of use is over, a notification will be sent to your phone. You are required to exit the PODA with this notification.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"d790\"><button aria-controls=\"content-d790\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">4. What is UV sterilization. Is it safe?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-d790\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>a.\u00a0<\/strong>To cleanse the PODA from the microorganisms, we use the UV-C system. We not only sterilize the environment of the booth but also the air inside the PODA is passes through the UV-C system. The sterilization process starts and finishes right after each reservation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>b.<\/strong>\u00a0After the PODA use ends, the PODA is completely sterilized with a 3-minute UV-C LED operation. Meanwhile, the motion sensor scans the area in the PODA, for any live action inside. When a motion is sensed, the process automatically stops. Thus, we prevent any possible harm to human health from UV light.<\/p>\n<p><strong>c.\u00a0<\/strong>If you see \u201cUV Sterilization in process\u201d on the PODA door, please wait for the operation to finish. The operation lasts 3 minutes. You can enter the booth when you see \u201cUV Sterilization completed\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"j942\"><button aria-controls=\"content-j942\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">5. How to connect to WIFI<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-j942\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>a.<\/strong>\u00a0To connect to WIFI, select the PODA network on any device you desire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>b.<\/strong>\u00a0When you connect to PODA network, enter the 6-digit password we share on the related reservation screen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>c.<\/strong>\u00a0We share the Wi-Fi password with you on the related reservation information screen under \u201cMy Reservations\u201d, after you enter the PODA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>d.<\/strong>\u00a0Internet access is provided over a 4.5G connection. The connection performance may vary depending on the density of the network in your area.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"aa8c\"><button aria-controls=\"content-aa8c\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">6. How can I cancel my Reservation?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-aa8c\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>a.\u00a0<\/strong>Under My Profile page, by clicking \u201cMy Reservations\u201d select the related reservation. By clicking \u201cCancel my reservation\u201d on the new page, you can cancel the reservation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>b.\u00a0<\/strong>The amount you paid for the reservation will be refunded to your credit card in 7 business days.\u00a0For the cancellations done in less than 1 hour before the reservation time, 50% of the service fee will be charged.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"zbd9\"><button aria-controls=\"content-zbd9\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">7. I want to extend my reservation. What should I do?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-zbd9\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>a.<\/strong>\u00a0If you wish to prolong the duration you use the PODA, you can make a new reservation on the PODA app for the same one.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"hd4a\"><button aria-controls=\"content-hd4a\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">8. How to contact PODA Help Desk?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-hd4a\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>a.\u00a0<\/strong>You can contact PODA Whatsapp Help Center via 0850 290 30 90.<\/p>\n<p><strong>b.<\/strong>\u00a0You can get help from PODA Customer Service through starting a Voice Call on PODA app.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"zee0\"><button aria-controls=\"content-zee0\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">9. I scanned the QR code, but the door won\u2019t oppen. What is the problem?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-zee0\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>a.\u00a0<\/strong>First, please check your reservation date and time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>b.<\/strong> Make sure that you are in front of the PODA that you reserved. On PODA, the A-00XX code under the QR Code, must be the same with the code on the app.<\/p>\n<p><strong>c.<\/strong>\u00a0Try to focus your phone camera on the QR Code on the PODA by zooming in and out. Make sure that you get a clear image.<\/p>\n<p><strong>d.<\/strong>\u00a0Be sure that your phone has an internet connection while scanning the QR code.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"b036\"><button aria-controls=\"content-b036\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">10.
