a. PODA, is a platform that supports you to work in a UV sterilized private work space with fast internet access. PODA, which is reserved through a membership system on the mobile application, also supports you to work in a safe and comfortable area, whenever you like. The air-conditioning conceives a comfortable work space.

a. You can access to the closest PODA through our mobile application. Download the mobile application through Android and IOS app stores, complete the membership procedures. By clicking “Find PODA”, locate the nearest PODA on the map.
b. For now, PODA is only available in Istanbul. But soon, you might come across with PODA’s in surprising locations.
a. To use PODA, first, you should download the mobile application. On Android and IOS app stores, search “PODA” and download it.
b. When you open the app for the first time, you need to complete the membership process, but after completing the process for just under one minute, confirm the SMS sent to your mobile phone, then it’s done!
c. Find the nearest PODA on the mobile app and select it. Now you can start the reservation process by choosing the time and date for the booth that you wish to work in. According to your reservation period, you will see the rental cost updated on this screen automatically. Don’t forget, you have 5 minutes to complete the reservation. If you do not finish in time, you will have to start over the reservation.
d. When you finish the reservation, we will show you the reservation details. If you confirm the reservation period and the cost, by clicking “Pay” you can continue to the payment screen.
e. You can start the payment process by entering your credit card information. After entering the information, complete the process by entering the confirmation code sent to you as SMS. When your payment is successful, we will notify you on the screen.
f. Now your reservation is ready. You will see an information summary, such as the PODA you reserved and its address, reservation time and cost, on the screen.
g. Go to the PODA you reserved on the reservation date and time. Open the PODA mobile app and press “Open the door”. You can start the process of opening booths door by pressing “Scan the QR Code” on the page that opens.
h. The door will be opened in couple of seconds after scanning the QR code on the right of the door with your phone’s camera.
i. Now you can use the PODA safely.
j. When your period of use is over, a notification will be sent to your phone. You are required to exit the PODA with this notification.
a. To cleanse the PODA from the microorganisms, we use the UV-C system. We not only sterilize the environment of the booth but also the air inside the PODA is passes through the UV-C system. The sterilization process starts and finishes right after each reservation.
b. After the PODA use ends, the PODA is completely sterilized with a 3-minute UV-C LED operation. Meanwhile, the motion sensor scans the area in the PODA, for any live action inside. When a motion is sensed, the process automatically stops. Thus, we prevent any possible harm to human health from UV light.
c. If you see “UV Sterilization in process” on the PODA door, please wait for the operation to finish. The operation lasts 3 minutes. You can enter the booth when you see “UV Sterilization completed”.
a. To connect to WIFI, select the PODA network on any device you desire.
b. When you connect to PODA network, enter the 6-digit password we share on the related reservation screen.
c. We share the Wi-Fi password with you on the related reservation information screen under “My Reservations”, after you enter the PODA.
d. Internet access is provided over a 4.5G connection. The connection performance may vary depending on the density of the network in your area.
a. Under My Profile page, by clicking “My Reservations” select the related reservation. By clicking “Cancel my reservation” on the new page, you can cancel the reservation.
b. The amount you paid for the reservation will be refunded to your credit card in 7 business days. For the cancellations done in less than 1 hour before the reservation time, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
a. If you wish to prolong the duration you use the PODA, you can make a new reservation on the PODA app for the same one.

b. You can get help from PODA Customer Service through starting a Voice Call on PODA app.
a. First, please check your reservation date and time.
b. Make sure that you are in front of the PODA that you reserved. On PODA, the A-00XX code under the QR Code, must be the same with the code on the app.
c. Try to focus your phone camera on the QR Code on the PODA by zooming in and out. Make sure that you get a clear image.
d. Be sure that your phone has an internet connection while scanning the QR code.
a. Credit card payment transactions are made through secure “İyzico” platform. We do not keep the credit card information you share on the reservation process in any way.
a. To delete your PODA account, open the PODA Mobile Application. On the “Profile” tab click on the “Delete My Account”. Thus, your account will be deleted.
